Looks neat!

On  Opera GX, when you run the game, the mouse curser is invisible at first. Causing you to waste money when it clicks a tile you can't see. After that it's visible. But still, you can't afford to waste $70 at the start.

Thank you for playing and for your comment! I'll look into it and see what I can do for the next major update.

I'm getting stuck on the loading screen. Chrome on windows.

It takes a while to load especially the first time (its about 100mb download) but it should work after loading. I double checked to make sure and it seems to be loading fine on Chrome.

Thanks, that must have been it. Playing well now.  Took me a second to figure out you had to put track on the resource and not just the path to it. I can see some potential to do more with the landscape, cargo and trains to take beyond the board game roots but it's fun as is.

Game is 10/10, I just wish it didn't pause when the browser window is unfocused. It's perfect for playing while you're doing something else and coming back to see number go up

Interesting, but seems to be missing the roguelike part. Nevertheless, congrats on the finish!

I wanted to do something different this year as both of my last two year's 7drl entries were very classic style turn based roguelikes. I mixed procedural generation, grid based environments, and run/level based gameplay with other elements to try to come up with something a little different but that's hopefully fun and entertaining and offers more than just a couple of minutes of gameplay. I hope you had fun playing it.
